Sublet July, Aug and Sept Architecture Swedish Cottage

Lease term is July 7 to open. It is not available full-time. Dates are flexible. No Pets. Swedish style cottage with big windows and lots of light. The ADU is very private with it's own front and back yard. The garden houses a beautiful redwood tree and a walnut tree. The sleeping area is in the loft looking out into the redwood tree and sometimes you will hear squirrels running across its metal roof. The property has with plenty of outdoor areas to hang out, have breakfast or work from. There is ample street parking and laundry is in available on site.
