Reliable renter, neat & clean, modest cat – seeking 1br/private room/adults-on

Hi I’m Abby, a full‑time professional working in Dublin with classes at Pleasant Hill or San Ramon. I’m searching for a private studio/1 BR/adjoined unit/private room preferably with private bathroom, ideally pet-friendly. My max rent is $950 excluding utilities and I’m ready to move in Sept/Oct. I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoker, and great with shared spaces. 🐾 I have a well-behaved, indoor-only, litter-trained cat (spayed, quiet, vet-checked).
